looks great! the shading and color is perfect. it looks just like the game.
maybe one idea would be that the eye is different than the way it looks in drawings
of pacman found on the arcade machine.... he's got an oval with a triangular peice missing
for an eye in those, though yours looks more like the pacman used in the game.

I like playing around with writing programs for windows, and so i have had practice drawing icon-sized pictures. I almost prefer the smaller size to a larger picture. I am also a fan of pixel art.

Excellent job with the background and the orb effects. The shading of the character is well done too.
