I don't think that many would considered the hand to be in a different gesture than represented. I think the way that this picture is presented is in a more nude artish way, instead of an extreme way. I think you could be safe with the 18+ setting, of course because of nudity shown. ^^ |

bleh...I went through about a million reference pictures for this one... >.< I have no experience with drawing chibis...As you can probably tell, it is nowhere near being finished...I'm saving it now just in case I mess up later. -_-;;

This picture reminds me of a story of a man who killed a cat viciously, took photos of the cat and then posted the photos on an internet forum.
