Uhm... This started out as a fun picture.... I'd appreciate if you didn't critique me on this one, obviously I know what's wrong with it. (Eyes, chin, highlighting on the arms, the whole head resting on the odd looking shoulder..) I don't feel good at all right now so I rushed on the hair and sweatbands... Comments welcome.. ><;;

BTW: It's *supose* to be me. I used a reference for the black outlines in the begining then winged the rest. ><;;;

Edit: I'm noticing more things. It says Hi Matt! Somewhere in there, I took a screen shot for a friend. Sorry about the background. >< And I thought I'd explain that the reason the arm looks like that is because of my sleeve, I had a dark shirt on, sorry. -is shot-

The dark aura that emanates from my alarm clock. Shading attempted.

For an explanation as to why this took almost half an hour, I suggest watching the animation. I COULD NOT figure out what to draw.

in the case of thinking of whatever the hell to draw, try some idea sketches from your sketchbook to put into oekaki, maybe presketching some stuff. i dunno.

i liked the wings in the animation. they were purty.

i'm curious about the title, "time trap". are you referring to the pompei (spell) volcano? it's an interesting piece.

Wha...oh don't take much thought into any of my titles i just see what song im listening to when im done drawing it in this case it was Built to Spill- Time trap if i were to finish 5 minutes later the title would have been "Following through" by Dismemberment Plan.
