I think this is stylistic. You can easily tell when someone purposely doesn't shade and when they cannot shade. You cannot fault one for not shading if they chose not to shade! For an example see my Gheto Dinosaurs pic! People complained, but it owns the earth, as well as the moon. |

Either way, please spend more time on your drawings, or they're likely to end up deleted no matter what you ask.

-_- I spent the needed amount of effort.it's good enough for beginner's.They kept it here.Look at my other avvie pics.They've gotten better.Plus, I draw cartoon style.Not that crappy realistic style.And their avatar was very plain. :( Why does everyone go out of their way to make me feel bad?

Excessive use of blur tool = not good. In fact, ex. use of blur tool = very very bad. Ignore the blur tool in the future, and it'll do wonders for your work. Layers are also a good thing.
