yeah that is good. But the lines do detract. Maybe just go over it with something thicker, or blend them in

You may want to add in a background. This is by no means a bad piece, but a background would really pull it together well.

I quite like the lines around the head- but I think you could deliniate the wing feathers with a slightly different colour to black? maybe fade it to dark blue/green, that way it would allow that part of the griffon to stand forward from the rest? anyway hes a handsome beast!

this is cool! I love this part of the movie! It totally describes his character cause at first you think you're seeing this huge ship but its a tiny boat and that's how Jack is at first you think he's this serious tough pirate but that's not it at all-Great rendition of it!

The blood is indeed very spiffy. Great job with the shading, too, using the globe of light as a light source.

that's awesome. The blood in her hands is a little disturbing but overall the picture depicts a powerful message. Her eyes don't look that scary (even though I find red eyes a bit scary) but I guess how her eyes are focussed on the light in her hands, it looks a little tame. lol I love how you did her hair. Stylish. =)

I like the "deep dark mysterious" look to the picture. The blood is nice (as always ;D). YOu have very nice coloring. Nice to see more work from you.
