No, bumpedyourheadtoomanytimes the hair doesn't need more volume, girls have flat hair when they are swimming and hanging out on the beach... it's HUMID. (This picture is absolutely perfect just the way it is, I think so and that's all that matters, because I am the center of the universe. lol)

my real first try at the intermediate board....hope it stays. I finished the line art mostly, still have too fix some things, then on to adding color!

Try spending a little more time on your pieces. This may be beginner, but 6 minutes isnt a lot. Use the tools to their fullest and try more consistant colouring.

I agree with cianteed... Try to choose a wider canvas than you need in order to have space for better proportions... I find this picture to be quite squished... Also, try doing the colors in different layers so as to prevent overlap or spaces where there is no color... With more solid colors, it is easier to shade your work... I find that this has no definition or depth to it... please try harder next time!

Idk... I like this... This is very cool. Abstract, emotion, expressionism. Yes, yes. Very very cool. Interesting title... I'm not quite sure how it relates to the piece; that's of your knowing. It sometimes is just the artist of an abstract painting that knows the meaning of the title. But... hm... maybe it's able to be solved... babies... lots of them... lots of babies require a lot of couples... or maybe just one couple going horizontal a whole heck of a lot... sex... is this a metaphore for sex? ... is it an expressionist of an orgasm? maybe that's it. i wouldn't really know, though. I'm a virgin. Anyway... this is NOT spam. I love this. The colors and composition are just SO funky and awesome! Nice idea! :D |
