I recently attended a "Tribute to Elvis" concert, which brought back alot of memories of my youth and of the crush that every girl, including me, had on that good looking 'King of Rock n' Roll'. I still love to listen to him sing, (especially his gospel music). But it saddens me to know that his talent is gone, and with all that he had, his life was so tragic. It's not the likeness of him I had hoped for, but it was the best I could do and I wanted to try.

Theres no question as to how great this picture is, but it looks more to me like a female elvis impersonator than the real thing...

I tried to improve my picture and at least make him not look so feminine. He still doesn't look like Elvis, but I think he looks a little more like a man..:) I'll keep trying..:)

oooh... good stuff!! this is really coming along... good job... seriously, i cant draw realism for crap, so you are doing a great job! all you have to do is make the lips a tad bit longer and fuller and the hair darker... youre on your way to making a great elvis portrait!

Heh. It's supposed to be You - the talented guitarist/violinist of GacktJOB. I'm pretty proud of the fact that I remembered the earring and that I remembered the katakana for You's name (I'm hopeless...). Anyways, he's supposed to be wearing the costume from the first part of the concerts on the Rebirth ~ Requiem et Reminiscence ~ Tour, though I have no idea how he wore his hair during the tour. So I made it up. :3 I don't really like the eyes or the mouth. The nose is too.... not You-ish.

Ok. It's dedicated to my best friend, Rosie - who loves You-kun. ^_^

suhweet!! as pence mentioned, clean lineart would suit the picture better... however, I must say that the jagged lines do suit the picture... the mouth should be a tad bit more refined, though... XD great stuff!

This is just a test save before I get to far. So far so good, Thank You Poppa. Checked my setting in Java and changed my browser. I deleted the last picture because I was not happy with the save results. Hmmm. Hopefully I can get this to turn out. :D

lol Axil. I always hated trying to find a certain song on a whole cassette tape of songs. Then when ya did find the song it was partly over so it was the whole *rewind* *fast forward* game clickin the buttons to find the beginning of the song. *sigh*
At anyyy rate, this is a really cool picture Kasha, I'm pretty sure we've all looked just like that with the hand motion and all at one point in our lives.

I understand....I myself am not older than 18 either...but if the parents were supervising over their kid then it would be okay....and besides, maybe the kid can't read...or they just come on to draw, they don't care about the comments.

Yea, I guess that would be okay then. because if they didn't have a program like photoshop, and paint isn't all that great (no offence to anyone). Then they can try out some stuff. And it's way better then that paint chat I used to go to, at least the guys not going there (you should see the crap people drew, like "stuff" and they would randomly clear your drawings). And mabey when the kids finished with this it'll have a lot more details n_n

Mm... I was experimenting in Lascaux Sketch.. Aand.. I worked too hard on the sketch. As it turns out, I kept the sketch instead of redoing it with proper colors on another layer (I kept it orange). Soo.. I made the theme Orange! Completely accidental! >_<;
