it started out as just messing around with the tools but even though it still doesnt look that good i submitted it anyway.

i painted this. it looks a lot better in my painting and i also made the moon a little different but i think it looks kinda cool that way. and it didnt really take me that long, i was doing other things.

the moon is done with the brush density tool. you scroll it up and down and it kind of makes it look like the spray tool from MS paint.

my first time n i was experimenting with the tools. its supposed to be 1 big wave, the same wave upside down and some little waves to show the choppiness. the swirls, i think, is wind or sumthing and of course the sun setting. wasent even gunna put it up because it looked bad befor but it looks better now. |

its hard to draw on the comp. i drew this a pic like this on paper n it was a lot better. i dont think it looks extremely bad but its bad. anyway if you already didnt get it its goku in super sayian form from dragonball z. |
