I would be interested to hear how the collaborative art experience at 2draw has changed how people go about their art. I, for one, really enjoy collaborative art. I haven't used the site too extensively yet and for the time being I am more interested in studying the different kinds of artistic interactions on the site, but I wonder how it has differed from any collaborative practice you have apart from the internet. Yeah; I've been told quite a lot to become an illustrator, but I can't draw a picture without something violent in it. It is a damn shame that photography has taken over, probably why I despise it so much. But, as with anything, there are certain exceptions. Medical Illustrating is awesome, but art is a personal thing for me. I don't want someone to take it away from me, like they almost did in high school. (Dear God) As soon as you take the fun out of arting, the inspiration and motivation is gone.

Looking at this drawing, how much do you estimate it would cost to recreate it on a wall that's roughly 45 ft wide and 16 ft high? Cost would need to cover installing and displaying the the drawing including any equipment needed to create and install the art piece (ie: projector, scaffholding, art supplies)? Any good guessers out there?
