Oooo. I love the way you've mixed the desaturated tones of the hat and her skin with the supersaturated colours of her lips, her kimono and the background. The hat is *ahem* well, dammit, amazing. Love the tension in the chin strap/skin and the way you've just managed to hide her eyes from the viewer...so we're always trying to peer up under the edge of the hat. Critiques? Hmmm. That gorgeous bouncelight underneath her chin makes me wish there was a tiny bit of shine on the skin of her cheek. But's that nitpicking. I love this.

It's insane how much subtle texture is in the skin here. I can't begin to imagine how to do this with lascaux sketch, and it'd still be incredible regardless of the medium.

Well, what does she expect coming to the classroom dressed like that? No I doubt the class won't be paying attention to their books, unless she's reading from it. Poor boys, imagine what will happen when she starts to read poetry. XDThe arms are very long and the hands somewhat small but you know what, they work. I wouldn't change anything. Love your lineart JK.

I like all your art, but this peace is just amazing!!!!It looks like death taping him on the shoulder telling him his time has come to leave this world. The eyes and the finger tapping him with that shadow are the 2 things that make this one of my fav pics.

The only way you would of lost your pic would be if you have AOL.When I had AOL I lost a few pics, but Now when my puter disconnects my pic dosen't get deleted. Aol is evil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like the flowers!!!I would of faded the wall into the focus. The white would of made this look awesome. and maybe a little brown on the window frame to make It look old. You have something good here but you weren't Consistent with It over the whole pic. |
