After increasing issues with the old site, we were forced to accelerate the move process for 2draw.net. Apologies for the unexpected downtime. The new server is a nice upgrade from the old server and allows us to more easily expand in the future. Taken from a photoThanks for comments all...I did go back and tried to clean it up. I appreciate your help Sweet...it's always welcome..:) And I did get the photo from my computer file. There are a lot of good ref's there.
I did find the pic that you did and it's perfect...exactly like the reference. So much better than mine..but you are a true artist and I am just a struggling want-to-be, so I can use all the help I can get. :)

You might have noticed a 500 Server Error message when you go to 2draw. We are not sure what is causing this issue (growing pains?), but we are looking into it and will keep you posted. Oddly enough though Sweetcell, you must be a Space fan just seeing the original color of the Helmet shield and the connections of air lines. The fact you are perplexing on the Shape of the right arm is interesting now. I think if you run the memory tapes about the suits they wore in Apollo. You will remember how stiff and puffy the arms were in space.So with that, in my opinion it's his left arm that seems to be unrealistic. Tends to look far more loose and bending easier than what they did. Although I do see what you mean otherwise. His right arm does have like no elbow eh ! that happens to be how I remember them looking in real life. Very stiff creatures indeed.

Yes the fittings for the Air lines are what color I remember them being. They had seperate connections for a back up on their chest. The connections also worked to connect to a main supply when they did not have their packs on, usually when boarding for launch.Yes I did make a mistake Perplexing. Just seem how you was commenting about the arm. Sounded like you was feeling perplexed about changing it or not. |

There are sliders on the left side of the applet under the layers controls. the top one gives a half-tone kind of effect that looks like the stuff they do embroidery on

Try to go over the lines with the sharpen tool, A little here a little there. Or make a new layer over this and use the half tones Dave mentioned apllying here and there. Very decorative. |

As it stands now every contest will run a full month, to let people take their time to plan out and finish their entries. This way there's not as much pressure placed on the artist to rush. However if a piece is not finished by that time it will not be judged. Hopefully this will give people more incentive to participate. So now on to the next contest.
