pretty cool draw.....but I thought ghosts should be a little more transparent looking......to give it a more ghostly appearance.....just my thoughts anyway. Great draw though......:)

I think it would look awesome if you made the arms dangling down simular to the arms in version two, they sort of look like there engulfed in flames.

I like the colors a lot. It doesn't look "overly" x-mas-ish. I really like it, it feels more whimsical than x-mas has become for me.
