I had a lot of fun looking at all the funny gnomes. Everyone did a great job last week. I usually decide on a contest idea and then write a story about it to help inspire people who arent sure how to approach the contest. But I decided to open it up a little and get help from real writers! This weeks contest is: Contest Week 4: Choose your own adventure!: Illustrate a scene or idea from your favorite book! Well spend more than 10 minutes on this and it would look better. Don't use the fill tool, it leaves behind white specks you hav to go back and fill in. Use layers. Make the lineart thinner. Add shadows and highlights, some small scales and a decent background and this wouldn't be half bad. But if it's just a doodle there's no need to send it.
