Use varying pencil widths, and try drawing your lineart with the pen tool. That's what I like best.

Alrighty....after many revisions, I'm finally done but it's so mediocre...black wings, red eyes, moon...such a common thing to draw.
I rarely use the dodge tool but I might've ruined it o_o |
