I like the teardrop, but you could add a little shading and shine, and if possible, a reflection from the background. Other than that, it's good.

Yeay Vash! It's interesting that you did blue for the eye, rather than the orange tint from his glasses, the white out line on the side..is that his ear or part of his glasses?
