I like how the glow looks like it has little sparks in it, like it has its own life. More than that there's streaks through the glow, not just a simple blend of color, and those three things build up to a very dynamic effect. Then, being on the cold blue background, these glows gain further life through their dynamic nature by resisting the cold and insisting on maintaining their identities. Each of these four groups in this image have become like their own beings, like some alien lifeform floating through space.

O.O you put a lot more thought into this than I did! ;) it started with a black background, then I added the blues with a low transparancy brush. I did the bright colors with the dodge tool... or the brush set on dodge, blurred it, went over it with low opacity and low "d" 1pt lines. then the airbrush with a "d" of 4 and went over it with an eraser with a "d" of 24.

panda, the main reason why the filesize is huge is probably because a lot of airbrush was used. Nice drawing, shudson. I like sparklies. heheh |

well.. I had to finish a school project (About a week ago), and I was doing it at the last minute, and I had to color it, so I had a basket of colored pencils and pens and pencils and crap, and I had them all over the computer desk because I was on the computer and coloring and stuff. And when I was done, and packed up, I put all of them back in the box, and must've accidentally put my tablet pen in there. So last night, Hana and I were going to draw a picture, and I had a pen that'd be good for inking and I remember seeing it in that basket so I went to get it and my tablet pen was there :O

Ah. I thought you would find it in a pile of clothes. My other guess was that your brother took it and hid it. But, besides that, congrats on finding your pen. <:)

wow, that's literally one of the nicest images I have seen in awhile when it comes to oekaki. The lines, the blending, and compostion are very smooth and well done. It flows nicely and has no hard edges. It has a dreamlike quality. ♪ I also really love how you made the color of the clouds relfective on the scales of the body. ♥

Maybe it's just my eyes (I see colors a little different from most people) but the color of the dragon and the sky seem to vibrate against each other and actually makes the dragon look like cut paper that's been glued on the background, a very cool and hard to get effect. Personally I think it looks good the way it is just for the colors. |

and I'm just now finding out Harmony Snacks makes gummy bears... =PI think the black outlines against the shades of grey give a certain richness to this. Especially where the lines go from thin to thick.

This is /very/ smecksy! ^^like redpanda said, the way the shoulders slid into the dress is very cool. The shading and background are also awsome. And the name clashes with the piccy. ^^ nice.

omg thanku!!!!!!! yess! i had to draw misty.is a main character in my bf's poems.she representss me and my personality only in a hiden way ^^ .but misty in hes poems.she is more dark and more depressed looking.she is also in need of help in hes poems.but hey i like it ^^ yeah the hsoulderss and the dress shit are kool i guess buahha
