Well, I don't have a background yet, but I thought I might get some helpful comments on the hair. For some reason, it seems like it looks kind of strange to me... But maybe that's from staring at it too long. :) Anyhow, comments?

I LOVE the pic. But you already knew that. But I decided to leave proof that I had said as much.
And..She looks like a gorgeous man-eating water nymph who looks to innocent to be capable of such...but..don't judge a book by it's cover, eh? ;)

It's the blur :) It's EVIL!!!! Try soft lines (use to pen or airbrush) to smooth the hair out and make it more even. If She's underwater, make her hair float a little bit, etc.
