i'm not exactly sure why it works, i think it was something like, your mind works like a camera, so when you look at it and your eye shifts its vision to (or just focuses on) another portion of the image, your mind tries to smoothly transition from the image of 'your first glance' and the image of 'your second glance'. thus, the image moves to the side, but the circular arrangement of the dots makes them appear to rotate, rather than merely shift.but, like i said, i'm not really sure :l

My friend got so many. This venue is quite small and opened to outside. It was a beautiful night and they were all over the place..the band I mean..on stage, outside on the lawn, back inside..over in the corner. It was so great.

Most random thing ever: Yesterday I went up in the mountains and did a nice hike, We were running through lots of bushes and what not, and then we pass up a bush of Poison-Ivy."Oh god, don't tell me I've been going through this stuff all day!". Of course I have never had poison Ivy before, and I didn't REALY think I had it, so the day continued on, and no sign of it. And before I went to bed I got A nice old rash on my arm. whoah! that looks amazing, its almost photorealistic, the only thing that looks a bit iffy to me are the shadows on the table/ground. Actually this looks like a great picture to do a study off... except im way too lazy attempt such a thing. Maybe someday :P |
