Aunvi (Nov 29, 2003)
The reason this isn't hidden is because I need some help on the tree. The way it's bending doesn't look right and it's irritating me a little >_0. Anybody got any ideas?

And This didn't take me 17 seconds I actually accidently closed the browser and I had to go looking in my history for this url, and I didn't want to lose it again, and I needed opinions, and I need to get to bed. so psshht. stupid stupid stupid. Took me an hour or so to do.

Pretend that I didn't say tomorrow in v4. Sorry the roof of the thingy in the background being all crappyish. You can compliment the fake candy canes though :). I like it as a thumbnail...you cant notice anything wrong with it.
Childlike_Vampire (Dec 20, 2003)
Oh hey those candy canes do rule my world. Very cool, I love the subject, too. lol And dude's expression. ^_^

this is cute! does your wacom work on other programs (like photoshop)? if so, it should work with this (mine does). make sure its plugged into a USB port, and that you have put the software on your computer. it should work...
Tylop2 (Dec 19, 2003)
The new eye works for me :D. Cute picture btw, and nice hair, Only thing problem I have is....that I can't draw as good :(
HJ (edited Jan 11, 2004)
Aww, thanks for the nice comments! Yeh, my tablet works w/ Photoshop & Adobe Elements, stuff like that and is hooked thru an USB port. The problem is, I don't know how to get the tablet working with 2draw, like so I use the pen thingy and tablet instead of my regular mouse. (It is hard to explain, lol)

Edit: Okie, I understand now, it automatically works.. *nods head* But I'm kinda dissapointed cause the pressure sensitivity doesen't work with this applet. :(

Edit Again: I think I got it working now. Thanks.
marcello (Dec 20, 2003)
you can use pressure sensitivity on both lascaux sketch and shi-painter. You just need the JTablet plugin I made installed on your computer.

I used my YuYu Hakusho dvd for this pic, i liked the way it was done and wanted to give it a shot... I didn't know where to post it, or post any of my art for that matter, so i chose the beginner board just cuz i've had to many of my pics deleted from other drawing boards.

Btw you prolly guessed that im new here.

AAAAAH! It's Yusuke! Lol, no j/k. It's a really good picture! You did the hair especially good, looks just like how it is in the show. I just don't like Yusuke...but the pic is great! ^_^
Knockoff (Dec 20, 2003)
Very nice!
Yes the contrast is very well done.
Juna (Dec 20, 2003)
'Was the idea for colours your own or did you take that from the dvd, too?' The pic on the dvd was black and white, i thought the white left to much of an unfinished look... i dunno why, I added the grey to add colour i suppose, but left the eye white so i could draw ur attention to the pic..

Thanks for the comments and im very happy with 2draw! Very friendly place to be, altho u dont have the paintprogram im used to using ^^

monkey love? armando likes that rough sort of thing?

gorgeous, though three hours can't really be considered a mere sketch.
marcello (Dec 18, 2003)
dunno dude, it's kinda rough. his hand pisses me off for some reason.
Juna (Dec 19, 2003)
i think the hands add to the picture

where is your site?
Childlike_Vampire (Dec 19, 2003)
Yay! The candy cane striping SO tops it off. I like her expression and cute pointy looking teeth. The lack of nose is fun too. :D

The thing in the back is supposed to be a sort of horizontal form of transportation.

This is extremely cute and wonderful. I want to take the dragon home as my little pet! Prettyful shading, and nice smooth lineart, I'm just wishing it wasn't wobbly! ^__^ Nice bg, as well.
Porcelain (Dec 18, 2003)
The background: Tres adorable.
marcello (Dec 18, 2003)

mikhail (Dec 20, 2003)

Edward (Dec 17, 2003)
OO!!! I luv the shading!!! And the BG!!! And the picture!!!

except for the hand i think it looks a lil weird ^^;
Porcelain (Dec 17, 2003)
The hand 'does' look weird. But I'm too lazy to fix it -- good eye for catching it though.
IDontLookTooGoodInPink (Jan 1, 2004)
I love the background with all the colors.. And the bright colors contrasted with the girl and her kind of stoney colors.. she looks cold.

Never take what you have for granted...love the people you know now, you never know when you might loose some one unexpected. One minute they'll be there but you never know in the next. Some one you never realized you really remember could be gone in an instant...don't regret not remembering that someone, because you never know when they leave. The pain and thoughts are hard but the memories of that some one live on in your heart, the memory really makes you realize how much it actually hurts to loose someone you knew. Who was standing right there next to you, who you never thought to give a second look, who you didn't remember.

This is for that someone...

The wings are utterly beautiful. The shading (like mine) could use a bit of work -- particularly on the clothing. Maybe you just need to clean it up a bit? But the lineart is adoration-worthy.

There is ONE miscoloered pixel. Try to find it.

Aw, that's adorable. The face on the snowboard is cute -- The only thing you might want to work on is the lineart. :) But other than that, gorgeous! Shading is pretty, by the way. :) Except the hair -- looks a bit blotchy. But good job, none-the-less (For a beginner) ;).
Noremac (Dec 17, 2003)
miss colored pixel is in the lace coming from her neck. heh
DieChan (Dec 17, 2003)
No,I meant for that to be there. It's the shine because the thing on the end isn't fabric, if you know what I mean. The mis colored pixel is between her fingers on her left hand.
