was actually trying to draw a friend from DA, I ended up doing my own thing obviously...
but the F.A. song came on right at the end...

Zack, it was a black and white photo... I just kinda used my own colors on like half opacity and flow and some blend for a while... then started in changing colors while using dodge and burn tools and you must have a nice glossy monitor or something 'cause it looks matte here ;)

Well, because a matte piece of paper would just burst into flames, whereas a glossy would discolor and melt first. :P

Thank everyone so much. As far as the little dots....I didn't put each one on there by hand. I used texture tools. When I am able to get back on the drawing applet (sucky computer right now, can't get java) I will explain a bit how I did it.
