It's very hard.So hard..so very hard with all the smexy distractions around me.(Pictures of Miyavi..videos of hide...) Another analogy: An onion can look good on the inside, but if you look deeper and peel the layers away some can hide rotten cores. Some heavy theological thinking goin on here.Is pweety onion. Yup.

I might add a backround. Started to shade for this. Used layers. Used a reference. Please don't yell at me that it's horrible or anything, just tell me what I need to fix.

It's very good. If I may be so rude as to butt my head in where it does not belong, I don't think you should feel offended. They aren't trying to me mean and pick on your drawings, just giving a tiny bit of critique so you can learn and grow to be better than before. In my opinion it's very nice, however, I agree it could use some fixing up (then again I need a lot of fixing up myself). As for the eye I doubt they ment an anime eye, more along the lines of a different shading or shape of some sort. Sorry if I seem really rude ^^; I don't mean to be.

I like teh shading in the grass and sky, you still need to fix up the sketchyness... who am I to talk? I dunno... I can't draw *shrugs**fades away into darkness*

I was doodling and then it started to look like him...it's a little off but I drew it pretty much from memory. Also, I don't do much cell shading so it might not look as good. And blackboards in Japan are green in case you were wondering.

I'm not familiar with the character so I can't say if it looks like him or not, but I think that the eyes look a little too angular to me. Since he looks like he's relaxing his eyes probably wouldn't pull that high up that sharply in the corners on their own. I think the cell shading on the face looks fine though, it just gets a little smudged in the hair.so... do they call them greenboards then? o_o

lol...greenboards XD I believe they call them 'kokuban'And cell shaded hair looks so plastic and I'm just not used to it I guess >_<
