Good job, the chains I feel would look more substantial is you add a highlight and shadow. Considering where the light source is, and I'd lose the twister and add another of those cute clouds instead to tie it in.

Try using the text tool Tirbanny, it'll make this look cleaner. And not such a bright red, try something darker, it's a bit too harsh.

story is: when I was in high school this kid boinked a chorus substitute teacher off the head with some silly putty... ya never really know where that was gonna go, but BOINK, it hit in her the head.... I felt bad for her, that's all.... everyone else was laughing...
