Thanks all :o) the drawing was based on this pic http://www.vintagetrains.co.uk/images/4965_narborough_bb1.jpg i was trying to go for the snowy christmas feel.
Ruggi (Oct 23, 2005)
It's great, I love the fuzziness of it all.... Steam? Snow? Clouds? Sky? Very dreamy indeed...

Not exactly a carbon copy of the pic you based it on! :o)
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Oct 23, 2005)
Just came to your gallery to see what you had after looking at your jack-o-lantern. I really love this one. It has good perspective and something about it reminds me of something you might see as a children's book illustration.

Thanks Ruggi & thanks DBA

"That parrot is definitely deceased, and when I purchased it not 'alf an hour
ago, you assured me that its total lack of movement was due to it bein' tired and shagged out following a prolonged squawk"

In some ways moving house like this would be a lot easier.

In no way would air lifting a house be easir. Concidering the houses' foundation and the way the house is built it take months just to dig up the foundation and to un-hook all the under ground utilities, septa, water ect. Also in the air the houses lack of aerodymatics would cuase it to be destroyed in the same way it would as if it was in a hurricain and it would probally prevent the aircraft from having any control and bring it down as well. But, that just my opinion.
Cool picture thought.

Gigge (Oct 10, 2005)
Might be what trailers are for, but it looks much cooler this way. :) Nice pic, Mal. The cushy cloud-like blimp and smoke coming out of the chimney add to the cozy 'no place like home' feel.
