– latest 4:I'm not sure if this is painted well enough. I didn't know what to do with the background. This isn't quite Gir, maybe an alternate Gir. He doesn't have hands like that, the thing on his belly is more of a simple square, he had none on his legs, and I'm curious about that button on his chest Aaron, I don't ever recall him having that.
So anyway I made him angry Gir, the one that nearly took over when Zim re-programmed him. That would be the ONLY reason he'd waste an icecream. I'm done Aaron, you can set it to finished. Tankies for doing my Gir, even an alternate version.

Personally, I don't think this is intermediate (not that I think it's bad, just it would be better on the beginner's board). :)Although, Gir is pretty cool, even though Invader Zim is a tad overrated.

You drew my Gir, :DDDDDDD, but he's too green. I always shade him on the yellow side.If you thinned out the black lines using soft erasure on med low opacity, especially around his eyes because the eyes don't have that thick of an outline, tone down the green (really really green here) and put a better background this would better suit Intermediate. Oh, one other thing, his left eye is too small in comparison to his right. Make the left eye larger (matching the right) It's a bit disporportionate at the moment. For drawing my Gir I hug you. The Manga Oekaki Board is having a huge restoration project. All of our good oekaki artists are leaving and the quality of our 11-Stars Board (Or advanced board) is declining. We are currently cleaning up all the artwork not up to par and searching for great artists to come help us renovate. So, if you are a talented artist, come by and oekaki a couple times!

That background is wack-a-doodle. Maybe all it needs is to be toned down a bit, make it more subtle, softer.The girl is well done and I love the coloring and little highlights. Hair is ftw.

I was suprised to recognize anything from that show. Oh man, did Uresei just keep going ON and ON!I'm curious how you'd draw Utaru in this style, since he was always called ugly and anime (especially of the 70's) doen't exactly show those imperfections. |
