Well The shading on the shirt for the darken got scrude up. The backgroung is not yet done.

i dont quite like how small his shoulders are in comparison to his head... and the shirt is a tad bit wierd..... eyebrows needed, knockoff.....

The eyebrows are there, just extremely difficult to see...
Nice bubbleys. The shading is kinda garish and painful, but hey, everyone has their own tastes.

the hair's a little tall. but maybe this is a 70s pic, as it very well could be from the big hair, psychadelic background, and bleached eyebrows...although I don't know what bleached eyebrows have to do with the 70s. *I* think it's cute. heh. I like how you spent time on it...and how the neck looks like satin...so smooooooth...

and the hidden key marbits are yummier than the other ones. Sometimes I pull out the hidden key marbits and lick them until the key shows up...then I eat the rest of it. yay...

The only thing I see is the eye style... Maybe you could find a tutorial for eyes somewhere? Those might help...

Belleza is just giving some helpful advice, so you'll know what to do next time... But I think you haven't done the conform-o-hair that much before, so there isn't much to worry about...
And it's easy to see that you're on the practice board. Not many people use 200x200 size pic-windows. =p
I can't remember what it is like using the practice board... Not too well, anyhow.
I only used to use this one, and at rare occasions, large and others.
Now I rarely use Practice... I kinda miss it... But my pics need more room to breathe, since my stupid lineart is too thick, and whatnot... Sigh.
