As much as I hate to say it, the new Doctor Who is the worst piece of shit i've ever seen. It should have stayed dead.Might color this later if i have the patience. *Colored with haste.
Alex-Cooper (Mar 2, 2007)
Thanks all. The original doctor who was on from 1963 to 1989. Do it sweetcell. I've actually been working on a coloring book for adults. And i'd like to see what you can do.time to start something new.

TripleE313 (Mar 7, 2007)
This is sweeeeeet. Very colorful! I love colorful stuff! Lol
Miss_DJ (Mar 8, 2007)
what a perfect depication of the colorful-crazyness of Mardi Gras! very nice.
mooseflower (Mar 13, 2007)
It reminds me of that scene with Tina Turner from Tommy even though it doesn't really look anything like it. This more peaceful and less red, I think, but I like it loads.
YoureToast (Mar 31, 2007)
Those colors remind me of Mardi Gras--in a way. i really-really like this. |

Hard to draw when you can't feel your fingers
Pantera (Mar 6, 2007)
This is lovely, I want the boots and hat :) Hope your hand is feeling better.
monk (Mar 8, 2007)
Nice job kejo....knew it was yours right away. Now about that hand, quit pullin the ol' stranger for awhile, she'll come around. Had the same problem myself back in 78'...almost broke my wrist......anyway, keep up the good work.
mooseflower (Mar 13, 2007)
My art teacher made us do an upside down contour line drawing of this abstract drawing by Picasso and it was the most aggravating thing I have ever done. Good on you for keeping it up for as long as you did (and for making it look great overall).

actually it gets lost in the busy background.
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Mar 5, 2007)
The only acid I ever used was sulphuric acid, and that was to tan deer hides. This picture gives me a headache. Actually, I already had a headache and I think it's making it worse.
davincipoppalag (Mar 5, 2007)
You 'puter draw at your friend's house when you go to visit?.. lol
cmb (Mar 6, 2007)
I was showing her the site... finished it off at home- yep rather busy..... |

it has a sort of computer game realism to it. how the world doesn't realise the wealth of talent here. and the guy had 4500 comments when I viewed.

I really like the subtle use of colours, and the fact you have done 2 faces not just one, so its interesting to compare them...
R. (edited Mar 4, 2007)
Superb. It might be even more powerful if you flipped the right profile. Or if you turned the entire image 90 degrees, so that the profiles become landscapes. Or perhaps you could just tell me to go get stuffed.
lori (Mar 4, 2007)
thanks... R., I'm not sure you can flip images in Lascaux? never noticed that option anyway... but yes, I could do alot more with this, but these are my lazy type drawings, just line and fill
Kloxboy (Mar 5, 2007)
These faces are great, you really caught their features well with just a few indications of form. I like how you mix it up, you seem to be able to draw just about anything. |
