The face is partly reffenced. Now for the sand, yea its in flux, I figured his hand can only hold so much...sooner or later the sands going to run out. But not to worry, there's more sand in the box ;]

You could do some stuff to this one..I like it now..but a few defined areas..and a little detail here and there.. and this will look like rocky hills and a river with the light breaking over.
