From one of our favorite mangas, One Piece. He's right up there in my favorites with Kakashi ^.^ Didn't take 1 hour to do. I had dinner and dishes in the middle.

First attempt with Oekaki. I didn't notice untill it wastoo late that there was a layer feature, but the big sketch lines I used made it look sorda cool... I guess. He looks radioactive :P
