Yep it is The old spider man from the Amazing Spider-Man comics By Stan lee (them comics were kinda cheesy but were some of the first comics i ever got as a kid, i have number 1)

I'm going to keep it grey scale i may go back to redefine some details. I like thats its pencil sketchy-ish. What you think?

I think those are probally the best teeth i've drew (with the computer anyway i draw alot of teeth and grills in my sketch books)

Good linework in the face and hat. I think it might need a little more shadow on the face, so the shadows will match up better with the hat and neck. Or you could just leave it alone because it looks good as is.
