I didn't realise until now. You pros make it look too easy.

Just draw a few more. It shouldn't take long before you get better with It.

Try drawing a man with black hair and a beard, It will make It easier to block the face in.
Draw a few darker & stonger looking faces, It should give you a better understanting of realism.

I dunno if my opinion makes a difference to you, but I really like this picture, and I'd like to see it finished. I like most your other drawings as well. Don't give up, if anything, just take a break and come back. If it's a 6 month break, so be it. ^^
