this is so good, I really like it, it's like rainbow eye lid and you did a great job on the eye lashes. I will try to draw an eye too, but it's not going to be as good as your's, but I will try my best!<3

Amazing stunning piece Gemmy. Didn't I see something similiar drawn by DBA? I think that's how you graduate here, if you can do an eye your set.... I have one in mind, but only till I get a bit better. This is simply wowzers.

Love the eye..very realistic and great against the textured background. Agreed aobut the view..u will always see one or the other, the top ledge of the lower lid or the bottom edge of the upper lid but not both, but since you worked from a ref, the original artist is the one who did that, therefore..yours is perfectly awesome!!! The Iris is startingly real! |

This is a dwarf crocodile on the hunt. Here's the ref. And even though this isn't exactly like the ref pic, I like it better that way.. I mean, what's art if you just copy an image? Art should be an interpretation of your subject. I'm all for artistic liberties.

Great job! and GREAT study to do! I love these animals, and their eyes are what make them so freakin adorable. Their babies even have those huge eyes and small snouts. This is a way cool idea for scales *makes mental note* Great job and welcome to 2draw~from a little mouse :D

omg i dont believe it, i taped that movie 2 days ago and wanted to draw sloth i even searched for photos of him this morning, thats the 2nd time thats happened to me im sure ppl are reading my mind or maybe the other way round!.... very cool draw though you made the sweet sloth look pretty scary lol :)

Meh. Obviously not my best, but I did spend time on it, and I did work hard. I was just upset when I did this. I still don't think I'm any better, but I ended up getting drained near the end of this. I haven't slept for two nights, and I'm so tired, but I can't sleep.So yes, a sad me. I hope I get better. :(

Yeah, that just happens to be how my blue sweater fits on me. It used to be fitting, but I've sence stretched it out, that's why it's semi-loose on me now, I need to dry clean it or something. And yes, long sleeves are good, they keep your fingers warm if you don't like wearing gloves. ^___~Oh, and I have gotten better since I did this thing, I'm gonna work on a happier drawing to reflect that sometime soon. :] |
