Just wanted to put my two cents in there, I love the first verison of this. The lines are awesome and I'm jealous as lines are my enemy right now. The work might seem simple, but abstract art can be simply a lot of boxes and colors inside them without any real definitive "artistic" value to some eyes.

its not sad, very few people have original ideas anyway. i've never seen/read that book so glad you drew it

very well done, neat.yeah, most ideas get repeated, stolen, or just people come up with the same ones at the same time(Happens a lot.)

I found out, original ideas , scripts, ect,. books plot, fashions, get stolen all the time by people who are more powerful, and bigger. Even Laurel Burch, the designer, lost her whole business to her partner, had to go out on her own again. happens constantly. I knew people who lost their writing, even jokes, to others who got em published.

as for coming up with "originals, " I no longer try to come up with originals, i've seen stuff stolen too much, there's no way to protect them. I know how to copy something that is copyrighted, so it's legal and you can't be sued. Huge businesses can sue small timers, and win, cause they're big. and if big companies steal your copywritten stuff, good luck suing em.

I've even had ideas stolen by newspaper columnists, cause they got ahold of it, and they never even asked; i really did not care, ha ha!! but at least they could have asked me. ha, ha!!! look at it as a form of flattery. I saw a very ancient movie, one time, and realized Spielberg had stolen all of it, for a much newer movie, it was exactly the same.--or he bought the author's rights.I was just surprised cause he's so inventive on his own. you all say who you got it from, that's honest. and polite. great drawing!!!

Dave, did you know that whenever you type a word like that (amongst many other keywords), government software automatically zeros in on it and starts snooping around? Mostly on FB and twitter type sites. I wonder if they do that here?

You can do so much better than this. Are your eyes bothering you or what? The knuckles don't look right.

We have a channel over here called FX, and after watching the first series they cancelled Breaking Bad. They Cancelled the Wire aswell, but they recently brought that back, so I'm hoping they bring back Breaking Bad too. If not I'll have to either watch it online or get the box set.
