I was being sarcastic! For somebody who has an obsession with complimentary colours, i think you should of took your time more on choosing a background, it totally blends in with the skin tone you can barely see it.

Lol I know, I left it on the same layer as the skin by accident, I totally didn't mean to do that Dx
I was having trouble defining the general face... area... and it helped. Somehow. /fail
Yeah. I'm working on that though...
I just fail at backgrounds, it's my thing. ^_^;;

If you experiment more im sure you'll get better,but if you have such a negative attitude towards doing backgrounds you'll never improve :p

This video shows that George Bush tried to warn Congress in 2002 that this economic crisis was coming, if something was not done. But congress refused to listen, along with Barney Frank. This video says it all. Also, the liberal AMERICAN media did not want this video on You Tube, so they had Time Warner threaten a law suit (proprietary rights) if it was not taken off. This link is of the same video but is routed through Canada.

For some reason, it reminds me of a darkelf on Oblivion 8( I really don't know why, but it looks great! (probably the ear and dark skin)

This picture reminds me of a song....."Do your boobs hang low, do they wobble to and fro....can you tie them in a knot, can you tie them in a bow....can you throw them o'er your shoulder, like the continental soldiers....do your boobs hang low.....!!!"LOL"!!! Really nice colors on this. It has a fantasy feeling to it or like it could be a dream. So softly done and really nice.

Thank you all very much for your nice comments.....I really do appreciate it. This picture is kinda strange.....I just put a few splotches of deep red color and the gold color on the board......and then I got the "smudge" tool, and started smudging all the splotches of colors, and I ended up with this. Once I started "smudging" I couldn't stop!! "LOL"!! I love seeing all the weird shapes you can make by simply "smudging" the colors....it's fun. I do like the coppery looking color......I got that by smudging the red and gold colors into the black background. I'll probably be playin' with the smudge tool some more....even if I don't post what I do....I'll have fun making weird shapes, etc. Thanks again for all of your comments....I appreciate it. :)

Thanks Pantera for your nice comment....I really appreciate it. Yes, I agree.....chibi is great for these type of paintings....the smudge tool is a lot of fun to experiment with. You never know what you're gonna come up with...."LOL"!!

I wasnt to concerned about the background, everything has there imperfections so i left it :p My screens really bright so i pretty much see every detail!

The only one that is really annoying is the mark right by her left hip, or our line of sight, the left side. The others are not distracting at all. Sorry Flub....Your draws are usually so perfect I get excited if I see something I can CC... take me with a grain of salt.

You've got great skills..How about taking a reference, 'distorting' it, and creating your own individual vision?..maybe with smudges all over the place..;)
