Hello I didn't make this account, but I recently found it through google and it seems like someone has been using it to post mean things to other people and I was wondering if this could be deleted(the account and comments) or something? I was able to take control due to them using the email system... But, I think this shouldn't of happen if theres a confirm thing here...

Wow! Some of this was really fun, the rest was really frustrating!!! I was inspired by the 'multi-colored' animal draws of recent past...so this is mine =) |

Same thing as my last draw, only I used a very small touch of color in this one...

Another awesome draw......I like the effect that you can get using the scatter tool.....I did a draw here with the scatter tool a long time ago....it's called "sacred Indian burial grounds".....it's in my gallery....it's fun playing with the scattering tool.....I think I might try it again sometime. I also remember "nikki" from YouDraw.....she's an awesome artist....I always admired her artwork there. :)

Thanks y'all! I am happy with this one =) Thanks, Flubs! Of course I know Alter.native..duh! Guess I didn't realize she and nikki are one in the same! She does brilliant work!! Also didn't realize anyone else around here knew of youdraw! It's a small cyber world out there.....

Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me....Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies.....Thou anointest my head with oil.....my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life.....and I will dwell in the House of the Lord forever.......Amen". This is my very favorite psalm......so I thought it would fit in with this pic. I like it better than the psalm that the ref pic had written. Anyways......I'm not finished with this draw.....I'm having problems getting the tools to work right. I don't know what is wrong....but the colors are not working like they should.....the colors look faded out to me....I don't know how to fix it, but I'm trying to draw anyway. Well....I took Elly's advice and used the dodge tool to lighten it just a little....and I like how it looks, so I'm posting this as "finished". Thank you all very much for your comments....I appreciate it.....:)

Thank you "all" very much for all of your nice comments....I really do appreciate it......I'm glad you all like the scripture and the pic......the 23rd psalm has always been my favorite psalm. I'm gonna try to work on it some more.....I'm havin' problems with the tools.....things just aren't working the way they should. Elly.....I'll try using the dodge tool to brighten it up a bit.....but the ref pic is pretty dark......but I'll try it and see if it looks better....thanks. I did try the dodge tool, and it does look better I think....it brightens it up just enough to make it look better......I'm satisfied with it now, so I'm finally finished with this draw.....:)

MUCH better! even tho it was just a very small brightening, it gave it just the right amount of 'pow'!! Glad it worked out!! And don't feel you have to follow your ref pic's to the 'T'....I never do! That's the artistic part of being an artist! LOL!

Edit: Not sure if i will be sticking with the circle art nouveau. Any suggestions? Might go and move it also. Not sure if i like where it is positioned right now. The dark circle also has to go, but I have to skidaddle for now...edit2: ...I can not draw perfect circles! D:

thanks, we will see whether i keep the arch or not, once i get a bit more done on it. I cant get the arch as precise as I want it, so this is as far as this goes. I honestly think that is was nicer before the arch.
Regardless, I have enjoyed how the portrait has gone. Might do something similar again soon. |

Yea the colours are nice, did you know that before the 1920's children of both sexes generally wore white, and both boys and girls of a young age were outfitted in dresses. And when dressing your'e babies in colour evolved in the 1920's , pink was for boys and blue was for girls, and it wasn't until the 40's that the colours were reversed.

I found the printed photo but have no way to send it to you, I had her butt a little big she has no neck visable because she is looking down and she has well developed muscles in her arms and shoulders with prominant veins in her arms, she looks like an athlete, I took some liberty with her breasts because one is smaller than the other and I drew her shoulder on your left a litttle to prominent
