It's Cianteed's work that gave it depth etc. But the lineart, my precious lineart, was made up first by drawing it on paper. >> woot.

Great drawing, I <3 the eyes and the coloring, although the bg looks a bit unfinished...random lines or blending from one color to the next are cheap and easy bg's, lol. :D

I was told a story of crushed velvet, candle wax and dried up flowers.
The figure on the bed all dressed up in roses, calling.
Beckoning to sleep, offering a dream.
The words were as mystical as purring animals,
The circle of rage, the ghosts on the stage appeared.
The time was so tangible, I'll never let it go.

I love this! It's like my stress level went from a 7 to a 3! Ahhhh...
Absolutely gorgeous. Tremendous job. I love the contrast between the clouds and the sky and desert. And how there are subtle differences between the sky and horizon... etc.
