One of the few Rurouni Kenshin characters that you probably don't know off the top of your head.

*sigh* My lineart on this was pretty bad... I'm soooo sorry!!! Erm... I couldn't find a very good ref pic so this was just off the top of my head (I have no clue what his sword's suppose to look like either!!!) so it may be pretty inaccurate... Darn it! Why don't they have more references!?!
