"And now as I said concerning faith--faith is not to have a perfect knowledge of things; therefore if ye have faith ye hope for things which are not seen, which are true."
--Alma 32: 21

Just wanted to reflect on the events in the past several weeks. The book in the middle is suppose to look like a journal. A journal that records your spiritual experiences. Now you're probably thinking, 'well, why? i've never encountered any spirits.' It has something to do with that conscience. Everyone has a conscience. The voice in your head. I made this journal last night (but I haven't written anything on it yet...) but I felt that it's something that would help me throughout my life. I've never been really a writer myself but if I write down something that made me feel good or happy then I can always look back on that time whenever I get a chance to read it later on. lol Anyhow, this was just something that inspired me to draw. My sister pitched in with some ideas, i guess i don't really do things on my own. I believe that it works best if you express what was meaningful to you through art. To me, that's one of the ways that gets me going. Also adds patience.

[edit]I noticed it just now that the 'F' is backwards if you were to look at it on a mirror. lol[/edit]

there IS magic. its true. magic, o-wondrous thing... i think its great writing a journal, esp. when you flick back and read about what you wrote, things may not seem as dire. but i do know for one, that funny stuff, will remain side-splittingly funny... keep journals, only if they remain in lock and key. for journals are such personal items. i don't know why, i look at your picture and i'm reminded of Narnia... beautiful.

Migical? This is a more interesting piece of yours, Christy. Lol, and yes I see the top of what would be the gold plates.

Another nice one here :).I like all that glowiness you achieve in most, if not all your pics. It's not just there, but it's done very nicely. And I dunno why, but I really like that feather....

eeeeeeeeewwww...
Austin400 (Feb 11, 2005)
ok...how did this picure turn into talking about shoulder dislocation.....lol cool pic...i like the oldish style and the black @ whiteness
PolythenePam (Feb 11, 2005)
Well, beacuse of my weird shoulder thing it means I can to weird things like wrap my arms right around my head so that I can grab my ear on the side of my head my arm started on. And I can handcuff my hands behind my back and then bring them over the top of my head! I can do that while hopping on one leg and having the other leg behind my head too, if you were interested! My body is double jointed in 8 places :)

This picture just made me think that you might like to know.

p.s It's a great picture, Orkdoop.

I love the painterly way the face was colored, especially around the shadowy areas. =)
PolythenePam (Feb 11, 2005)
Thanks :) I think I might actually fix the hair. I want to learn how to draw hair well, really badly!
emmamommalag (Feb 11, 2005)
This is a nice drawing, Pam. Good luck with the hair.. I can't do it well either.

Yep. Alucard form Castlevania: Nocturne on the Moonlight/Symphony of the Night. It's so hard, I need to take a break, or my hand'll fall.

No, it's not that, I think it's a little large, the hairline may be up too far or something.. Maybe it's because it just goes straigh across.
Cacau (Feb 11, 2005)
OK then, I'll try to fix it when I fix the BG T_T thankies for pointing that =D
StrawberryYamichan (Feb 11, 2005)
