Just an interesting-sounding contest with some pretty nice prizes (wacom tablets, wacom cintiq, and tablet pcs) for design and illustration: Only problem for most of the people here is there is an age restriction of 18+ (snooping around pulled that out from the rules). Worth checking out though...

playing around with my tablet now that i got my computer after the shop and got pressure senssativity working....stilll dont have the hang of it but i am working on it!

Wow, thats pretty good, it has that nice painted feel to it. It looks like it should have a story...maybe work on the face a little bit, and it will be great!

yeah i am trying to get into a new style of art and the tablet makes it look a but paintish ^^; its also one of my first times using the lascaus sketch so i think it is fairly good for using two completly two new programs to me

I think it's very nice. Takes a while to get used to a tablet - if you don't like the watercolor paint look of it, darker opacities will fix that.

i think there should be more shadow in the chin area but otherwise it looks fairly good a little choppy but good.. |

A portrait of my favorite TV character of all time, Archie Bunker. Actually, I hate TV fo the most part and those reality shows blow! i thinki am done unless you want a BG....for the life of me I cant think of one though X3Oy... long time, no see. Circumstances prevented me from getting back to this site, and when I did have a chance to visit, I never really had time to draw.
Background started (now the pose should make more sense). A few different ideas for finishing it, unless Edward feels like picking up this picture again. :) Sorry I've left it for so long. ^_~
