This is a good picture! '____' I would hang this on my wall, and not much goes on my wall unless I draw it myself. I really like the glow of the house reflected on the snow, as well as the whole purple tone.

trying to make a realistic looking piece without makeing a copy. so this is all just from my head...haha yea scary i know...a lot of work yet to do, but would soo appreciate any suggestions and/or critiques. thanks...

I like the gradient shading and how it looks to be embossed into the screen. The eyes look stamped in mit a pen, which is cool.

i love it and the way you used the colored cross hatching to shade it looks really kewl and did not say hi earlier so Hello! and welcome to 2draw, word of advice: dont get on marcello's bad side!

Looks nice, but the shading on near her right eye really bugs me for some reason, competing strokes... You could try shading with a skin-shade, or simply limit the black shading near the eye. |

That's so nice. I like the rough coloring, kind of like oil pastel. I think you should add a little lighting to the nose tip. and one of the eye seems a little higher than the otherI'm so glad to have "free" time again! Last week I spent too much time prepping for a dance competition... glad to be back trying to draw.
Ok. *drops it* I lost my ref so I screwed with it... this version is ultimately cos I submitted then immediately thought it needed to be darker....I really can't blend.

awesoem starts here pica. one thing i found helpful was 1) making the canvas bigger so that you can make the whole piture bigger...that makes it wasier to focus on details and make it smoother... 2) dont be afraid to use lots of different colors...and detail. just makes the picture cooler but youre doin great! so glad to see ya here! |
