inspired by Max Cannon's comicswho needs tablets? i spit on your tablet. ptooey!
LovelyLori (Jul 8, 2004)
this is a very Cloxyish face... I like... I agree, those tablet users have it too easy... if I had one, maybe I could use the hand I REALLY write with... but why would I wanna do that?
Knockoff (Jul 9, 2004)
Hahaha, This is great Zach. Still reminds me of Zeps work.
diver2026 (Jul 9, 2004)
Yes - the mouse definitly favors the right handed folks - I've tried to use my left hand with it, It's just not comfortable, but I dont mind a little extra challenge (or the extra excuse for shaky lines)
emmamommalag (Jul 17, 2004)
LOL! Funny one, Zack. It's clearly legible here. |

davincipoppalag (Jul 9, 2004)
Horses ARE hard, I think you did pretty well with this
angelbate (Jul 10, 2004)
very nice, great coloring too. there's an interesting mix of solid and airbrush techniques used to good effect. The snout and the skin are paricularly well done. finish soon!
damnskippytakn-a-break (Aug 30, 2004)
You really have talent when drawing animals! I wish I did. Can you share some secrets? |

EverDream (Jul 11, 2004)
Reminds me of something you'd find on cards in art stores or galleries or some sort of strange nick-nack place. Very nicely done, love your painterly technique. :D
RavioloiTheDancingClown (edited Jul 18, 2004)

I am officially the bravest person alive: I did this with my grandparents IN THE NEXT ROOM WITH THE DOOR OPEN!! Booyah! Go me! And I think it would feel really nice to take a shower covered in fur. And thanks to Bryant, ( Ihateyoubryant!!! ) I am also now wondering what it would feel like to have shaggy boobs. >< >< *knocks head to try and dislodge horrible mental image, fails*
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Jul 8, 2004)
Your grandparents are a bit more "privy" to your behavior than you know. They are on the phone contacting a therapist and speaking in whispers as I type this to get you some treatment. But not to worry, you'll 'grow out of it, and if you don't, there's either a spot in a state hospital or a prison awaiting you somewhere.
debem (Jul 10, 2004)
LOL...this is great. I especially love the dog's expression and all your detail work. |

DMV (Jul 7, 2004)
Another great piece glow:) You have such a clean style lol!
Gigge (Jul 7, 2004)
Very pretty, Glow. I'd like to vacation there. The twilight glow the whole thing has is beautiful.
DeadlyBlondeArcher (edited Jul 7, 2004)
There is one thing missing from this picture... ME! I am sitting at that table eating things wrapped in grape leaves, drinking wine and checking out hot Greek guys (while going by my given name, Cynthia, which just happens to be Greek. :) edit: this is very well-done.. exceptional composition and my favorite thing is the greenery on the wall (just one teeny tiny thing... maybe a bit of a shadow under the table and chairs would sort of "hold them down" to the patio)

what do you see in this painting
Knockoff (Jul 8, 2004)
Yup, a broken picture :(
Gigge (Jul 8, 2004)
I see lots of stuff. First image that comes to mind is a black olive on a saucer. It could also be an eye, a turd, a thimble on a rose petal.....
Thear (Jul 14, 2004)
I see.... White square and red x in it...and that white square is in dark square....i think that is what i see....
Xodiak (Oct 28, 2004)

Looks like the chicken just met Colonal Sanders.(gulp)
Zack (Jul 8, 2004)
Hah hah! The chicken just suddenly figured out the meaning of life.
Axil62 (Jul 8, 2004)
Bit of a departure for you, nice one DBA.
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Jul 8, 2004)
A departure from me for here, but I used to draw cartoons all the time for my kids when they were little... I drew the pictures and they made up the stories... they liked it better than watching TV and I figured it was a little more intellectually stimulating for them. |

mukumuku (Jul 8, 2004)
im interested to see how you are going to turn this into zero. (i luff zero...he ish so kyoot)*mo-fafa*
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Jul 8, 2004)
I just noticed your screen name. Just wanted to let you know that I am convinced that softball was invented by the male species (because according to the laws of physics it is impossible to hit a softball as far as a "hardball" baseball) and I swear there are some girls that could hit the ball farther than boys. Funny that we should be stuck with the softball as far as professional ball goes. Both of my brothers played baseball and of course I was stuck with the stupid girls' softball (one was "almost" signed on professionally by a major team, but chose criminal justice and law enforcement instead, stupid boy) Anyway, just a heads up for a boring summer day... if you are a teenage girl who plays softball (and are good at it) go to the little league field and play with the boys.... show them up. :) |
