Exciting news for you Lascaux fans! A group of my classmates and I are going to work on improving Marcello's Lascaux applet for our Software Engineering class. That's right, some of the features you've dreamed of for Lascaux may actually happen! Right now we're still in a research phase for the project, so here's your chance to make your voices heard. I'm going to make this look more abstract next time, my creative juices are depleted right now. I've found it works best if I make a less abstract foundation and build my piece from there, seems to work best for my style anyway.

You could totally put that graphic on the gas tank of any motorcycle and make it really cool. Even the front fender so it's comin right at you. Very noice.

I enjoy viewing both versions. I prefer the second one, though. It's almost if the tree is personified as an old woman who'se been dead a long time and she's donned her red dancing dress. Cool.

I don't think there's a way for mod's to switch it back to it's original once it's been drawn over (I could be wrong, Cello would be the best one to ask) but unless you kept the original V1 on a seperate layer it's pretty much as you see it. But hey you can always go back over it to bring it back to V1. Just keep going Fin/Ceido/7 :D

Hi Anna! haha. Thanks for the comments/compliments. It's actually supposed to be some alien eggs/sacks in a mine shaft. The lack of definition may be due to the fact I didn't have much drawing time as I was renting out a Wacom from the Uni library. It could also be that I'm drawing some putrid sack of intergalactic offal I suppose. ha! :D
