You don't care that your work pushes down the works of those that spend 5-10+ hours?

How would you like it if you genuinely posted a drawing that you put a lot of effort into only to have someone post something of beginner quality with the feeling of "I don't care where this goes." You wouldn't like it right? Why do it to others?

I was experimenting with the extreme use of highlight and shading tools on one solid color scheme.

I interpret this as an image of Hell, like caverns or something, or something bloodied and demonic. Good work here...

Sorry about putting this draw on advanced board....but there was no way that I could "squeeze" this pic on a smaller board. I did use a ref pic.....the original picture was done by an artist by the name of Georgia Lesley. She draws beautiful aniimals, and I'm trying to learn as much as I can. I'm posting this as "finished", because I'm tired of working on it.....I may go back to it later and do some more work on it, and I want to get it out of my "unfinished draws". I like these tigers......but I know they're not perfect......I need more practice on doing "fur".....but it was fun "trying"....."lol"! :)

Hi "broken heart".....Thank you very much for commenting....I appreciate it. The language is "Romanian"?? Thanks for telling me.....I never would've guessed it......haha. Is the Romanian language similar to Hungarian language??? I'm just curious to know if they are the same. I'm glad you like my tigers....:)

you have such patience and such a kind heart firecracker, i love this , the feeble warm orange colors gives it such intimacy and confor and warmth while the cold and dark atmosphere really gives the feeling of the night. Very very nice

After looking at it again i realized my problem was the lighning wasnt crazy enough it was all together in one line kinda, so hopefully this looks more like actual lightning

ugh, a certain someone threatened to pull the plug on the comp while i was working on it, so i rushed the end.
thus, it ends up feeling REALLY OFF. when i figure it out, i'll continue. ughhhhhhh

I found my postcards collection recently. many of my latest pictures, as well as this one, are from that collection. I was obsessed with postcards when I was younger, and forced everyone to buy them for me whenever they traveled. this one is actually from Eilat, Israel.
