Yeah, the background is quite nice, makes me think of something like stained fiberglass. The text is cool too, especially since it actually means something.

:) :) No ones getting near my hair with scissors. The hair wasn't supposed to be elictrically charged, it was suppossed to look like water flowing :(

The background it great, the only thing that seems off is the human. The shape of the hair doesn't match with the anatomy of the head. It needs to be bigger. The lips also could use some work. Keep at it!
