Great pic!!!
I like the scale of the pic!!!!!
featherstone (edited Mar 11, 2005)
yes it's cool... an angry looking orb... since the dragon looks mopey, if this were my pic, I'd draw a yellow brick rd. across the water... but then... there's no place like home.... blah blah blah
Aubrey (Mar 12, 2005)
Very cool dragon Poppa :) The distance you created with the orb and whatnot far away is really neat.

emmamommalag (Mar 10, 2005)
Thanks, you guys. :) Aubsy, you're right.. some of the best conversations are shared around a campfire. And I love gazing into those red-hot coals.. sometimes it looks like little cities and other things in there. I also love flaming marshmallows. :)
davincipoppalag (Mar 11, 2005)

emmamommalag (Mar 11, 2005)

featherstone (Mar 9, 2005)
geese have taken over my town... you cannot walk through the park without stepping in goose $hit
Aubrey (Mar 10, 2005)
They're always around here too. I think it's purdy neat of him to take his goose on a ride. Maybe it was a hurt goose he found on the side of the road or something. Coulda just been takin it to the vet so they could help it.

My grandnieces were here this afternoon. They made chicks and bunnies out of chenille and pom-poms.

this a WIP for a friend that will become a part of the cover for his next album his band is coming out with, it's inspired by someone else but he liked the contradictory idea and image of a famous political figure doing an uncharacteristic thing. i'm sure there are some relevancies or deeper meanings can be found, but whatever, assuming you can figure out who this man is. the older members of this board should be able to get it (also assuming i drew this well enough for him to be recognizable)

as always, criticism, input, even some new ideas are welcome before i finish this up

Knockoff (Mar 8, 2005)
This is good, but i'm disapointed in you. This one seems a bit blurry, and you always used to draw the most clearest drawings.

i'm with Mike all the way. Dolls are what keep sledgehammers in business in my book lol.
Jodi_Reed (Mar 7, 2005)
OMG...my grandma has dolls in this cabinet in the room I sleep at. I used to be so freaked out by them. But anyway nice job as usual N mamma!
emmamommalag (Mar 7, 2005)
I've always loved dolls. Been collecting them for years.
vamp2 (Mar 7, 2005)
My whole live i've been afraid of dolls. It's just there eyes and there hair...........But you have so much skill. I can't beleive how good you are. I mean when you see my drawings there no were as good as yours. I think this is one of my favorite pictures. It brings back good memories and some bad. I think this eye looks so real.=)

very nice!! I love it! Love the background and the way you colored the hell boy! Keep up the good work!
Childlike_Vampire (Mar 6, 2005)
I can see how smooth the bg was at the end of the animation. Wow great picture Mazi! The left horn seems a lil off but I can't tell why, and I'm probably wrong, lol. My favorite part is the skyline you have going back there. :P
davincipoppalag (Mar 6, 2005)
This is a good one mazi. I likeyoiur perspective and the coloration is well done.
Aubrey (Mar 6, 2005)
Never did see that movie. This is cool though. I like the skyline as well, it's really a neat pic overall.

Hehe..this is cute! Great idea.
StrawberryYamichan (Jan 8, 2005)
I thought it was like on cartoons when they're ending the show and sometimes they end it in that whole circle thing. It's cute!
Aubrey (Mar 6, 2005)
This is how every kid-lost-in-a-well story starts out... lol Neat perspective momma :)

Thanks, Aubsy. I think there was a balloon floating around in the movie, It, also. Wish I hadn't thought of THAT!
featherstone (Mar 6, 2005)
another Jake newsflash... lol.. tell me to shutup.... his last birthday I went out and bought a dozen helium balloons... struggled like a bitch to get them home, while the dog was in the car too.... tied 'em to the mailbox.... went to get the mail later.... they were gone.... dammit... lol
emmamommalag (Mar 6, 2005)
Awww.. you didn't use the right kinda knot. Or somebody liked those balloons and took 'em home.
featherstone (Mar 6, 2005)
it was a crappy tie job, yup... but they celebrated somewhere up there... haha
