An early version of the Engine Fly. I have no idea how it works, despite being an engineer and actually having designed it :).

What an interesting piece so far. Looks like something out of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. :D
davincipoppalag (May 22, 2008)
Well see , the doohicky turns when energy is applied to the whatsis, in turn causing the shaft of the fooblinger to rotate and drive the fozzengoogle and thereby releasing a plume of spent steam. It's very simple, but elegant
Arique (May 22, 2008)
It's clearly held up by the gas balloon underneath.

Welcome back Dromo, I just returned to the site not too long ago as well. :P
Anyway, this is really pretty. The shades of purple look awesome. ^^
Met (May 20, 2008)
My god, this is beautiful. I wish I could have a girl like this, purple and all.

If Pygmalion were removed from the context of Greek Mythology he would be such a creeper.

Yep, I remember you too. It's so good to see people come back.

I like this overall and LOVE those Greek curls. :)
Arique (May 11, 2008)
:D I really like this eclectic style. It's fun and reminds me of greeting cards...

Nicely done. Good tones. I'm guessing her hair's up?
Axil62 (Nov 30, 2007)
I'm guessing it's a him.
Kloxboy (Nov 30, 2007)
I agree with Dan, it's most likely a him. The v-like shape of the clavicle, the large trapezius muscles and the size of the deltoid(s) are all, anatomically, very male. I think the only thing that throws me off are the pecs, they look like they're the start of breasts. Maybe this was meant to be sexually ambiguous?
MelissaMissy (edited Jan 29, 2008)
A hermaphrodite or a man with very severe man boobs...
I think it's most likely a him. Looks like Clark Kent...even with only the bottom bit of his head..

Silvair (Dec 7, 2007)
not really too up to intermediate standard, sorry, but I'm too lazy to put in a polished final effort into this. screwed up the balance with that unparallel gap on the left....

"falls over" Its so inspiringggg!

god you're good.
Childlike_Vampire (Dec 9, 2007)
Yeah it's total crap now. And what's with her eyes being so perfect and stuff? I can't decide if I hate the flowers or the hair the most. :\
Cairoshime (Dec 18, 2007)
Yay, blue, I gotta show this to my friend, she'll love it!!! AND HOW THE **** CAN THIS BE TOTAL CRAP?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? IT'S AWESOME!!!
Sweetcell (Dec 18, 2007)
I thought I commented. It's like ideal pop art from the 70's. I could see this on my wall. I love all the blues, swirlies and clever idea with the bulbs. I'd hate to carry one that's broken though.
