I didn't watch the animation, but do you make "pre drawings" like sketch a circle and stuff to base the head on? that may help a lot... and really use the layer tool. It makes things so much easier.

hmmm...u dont seem to be critisizing creativley...the dog looks good add a tail though...and those lines around it..u know the ( ) kind of lines like in the comic strips in the newspaper that shoe movement ;)

Thats some realistic shit right there. Great job with the shading on this. Looks almost like a real photograph or somethin. And your use of space is just extraordinary. ;)
