no i would never do that
ok lets start from the top you have a lot of space left so i would say go back and do some shading and contrasting colors in the hair
umm 2 shadows would be good so we can see where the light is comming from
i would say over all if you want it to stay here put more details in it it is a nice sketch and has good colors
