'Lo and behold, a sucky self portrait. Just a quick doodle, really. I had the urge to draw myself. THE URGE!
One time, this little kid thoght I was a dude. And it wasn't the first time it's happened either. Of course, my hair was down then, but still...maybe its my big shoulders...or my hair...I'm just rambling now aren't I? I'll stop now.

edit: I look like a llama.

Yeah well I don't know what you really look like, but I dig this. I'm sure you're probably more beautiful than you know. People's minds see more than their eyes I think...
Good choice with the background...helps the face/hair show up. I like the hair/glasses...cute.

well its good...now there is only a few things you need to work on, mainly the clothes not being engraved into the skin... but right now...i say you have improved bunchies! ^^

Freehand is a good thing.

I agree. Try getting used to the freehand tool, trust me, you can make more interesting things with the freehand than the shape tools. The shape tool isn't as versatile, and doesn't look all that great either. From what I've seen at least. Adding some shading wouldn't hurt either. ;)

I'm sure your puppy is very cute. :)
