You should apply some of what you put into the clouds into the horse.
What I mean is, the clouds have some depth to them from the shading you've done.
It would be nice to see some of that in the horse as well...the horse appears flat in contrast to the clouds and the two elements of your drawing don't go together at all

If you don't want them deleted, follow the rules. You're not spending enough time on your pictures for intermediate. Practice pictures like this should be on beginners.

you should draw that dream you had where you were on the boat and you saw one of these swimming underneath you.
or just an underwater view of a black dragon swimming, make the water all green and murky. it would be a good study.
