Good first try rund, this is intersting how you've done this, you've made the fill tool work. Most people will tell you not to use it because you have to come back and fill in all those lines but you incorporated that into this picture. Very neat, will have to try that. Born half normal. (As always, harsh critique wanted.) Betwixt, the strange mer...wolf O.o? Soon to come, Between, his soulmate, so a ton of critique is wanted on this little guy so that my next one will be even better (don't worry, I won't cry just because you think something is done badly.) Oh! And I finally tried doing fur like I usually do my grass! Ideas on how that turned out would rock.

Added in suns reflection but it still looks odd...if anything it sort of looks worse than before. Guess that's life. (Anybody know why everything gets all...pixilated and icky after you upload?)

It's pretty, here's a trick for stars, don't make just one size and one tone of brightness. Make small and med, space them out in some places and clusters in others. Then go back with the color of the sky to dull some of them to make them look farther. keep adding dots and dulling a few, leaving some untouched. Then add a few bright bright stars to make them seem closer. You can get a lush full sky that way.

I think the little green things do look like fireflies, I love fireflies. I also love being alone, I just don't get to do it enough.

Much better, next time you need inspiration look outside your window and see how the stars look, unless your in the middle of a city then look up space pictures on the net. I've done space scenes for a long part of my life.
